Professional Development for Your District

• Implementing an Effective MTSS Framework: This session is designed to help you understand the processes and procedures necessary to implement a cohesive MTSS framework in your school.  Topics addressed include strong core instruction, data teams,  academic and behavior interventions,  and progress monitoring.
• Implementing Effective PLCs: This session focuses on how to ensure that teachers are utilizing an effective model to plan and implement standards based instruction.  Participants will learn the purpose of common formative assessments and how to analyze student data for reteaching, remediation, and enrichment.  
• Coaching for Leaders: Do you want to change your game up to a whole new level? If you’re moving into administration or want to become a leader at the district level, you’ll need more than an administrative degree; you’ll need to know the ins and outs of instructional leadership.
• Co-Teaching: Meeting the Needs of All Students:  All students are required to receive core, and how do we, as educators, ensure that they get it? Through Co-teaching. This workshop will focus on the structures and processes of how to make co-teaching effective and accessible to all including EC students. Participants will walk away how to implement the six models of co-teaching, how to co-plan and how to create a positive working environment among co-teachers.
